Brielle Ochoa is a pediatric surgery research fellow at Phoenix Children’s (Phoenix, AZ) and general surgery resident at the Medical University of South Carolina (Charleston, SC). She is a native of New Jersey and attended the University of Delaware for her undergraduate studies in neuroscience and Spanish followed by the University of Virginia for medical school. Her interests are in clinical research and research and clinical ethics, and she is pursuing a master’s in clinical research at the University of Arizona. She plans to apply to pediatric surgery fellowship in the 2025-2026 cycle.
