Margaret is the Program Manager for the Comprehensive Colorectal Center at Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri. She has been in this role for close to 5 years and has been with Children’s Mercy for 15 years, serving in various leadership positions and specialty clinics. She has contributed to multiple quality improvement projects and has helped lead the CCC through its growth into the established multi-disciplinary center it now is. She has bachelor’s degrees in business administration and nursing, in addition to a master’s degree in nursing leadership, and still enjoys getting to work directly with patients and families when able.
