Hendt Versteegh is a pediatric surgeon from the Netherlands, who works as a consultant pediatric surgeon in Erasmus Medical Center – Sophia Children’s Hospital in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Currently, he also joined Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus (OH) as a fellow at the Center for Colorectal and Pelvic Reconstruction. Previously, he attended medical school at the Erasmus Medical University Hospital in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. In 2015 he completed his PhD, supervised by professor Rene Wijnen, professor Ivo de Blaauw, and dr. Pim Sloots. The PhD thesis was titled: Cloacal Malformations, when all ends meet.
